Name and phone number — required, so we can respond to you.
Email address — optional.
Villa type of interest and any message you write — optional.

We also collect standard analytics data as you browse: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a site visit.
To send you the project brochure and information about Country Meadows.
To understand which pages and channels bring genuine enquiries, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other developers or brokers.

Who else handles your data

Realatic — our customer relationship system, which receives and stores your enquiry.
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Cloud) — website analytics and hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Where data is stored or processed outside India, it is done in line with applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it.
